Business Development Manager – Energy Division

Belle hails from Lubbock, Texas where she went to school for Real Estate Management. Her expertise is in Multi Family Property Management. New build, Lease ups, and acquisitions of distressed properties. Worked with Asset Management on various multi million dollar renovations. Implemented marketing plans and strategies to Increase occupancy and ROI.

Since 2016 her focus has been in Workforce Housing in the central US as a Regional Manager with a portfolio of over 800 units. Belle has created effective marketing strategies and created brand recognition for her organization. Which was the road map for her in building a new client base for underperforming facilities.
For many years she has provided full turnkey solutions for clients in need of lodging in remote locations.
She worked dual roles as a South Texas Regional Operations Manager, and Sales Manager for workforce
housing facilities in Texas, Oklahoma, and North Dakota.

As the CrewFacilities.com Business Development Manager of the Energy Division, her role is to grow the
portfolio of energy clientele throughout the central US. Belle is in charge of identifying and developing
new business opportunities, while building and expanding the presence of Crewfacilties.com and its
brand. The goals are to successfully identify qualified potential clients, creating strong relationships,
working with the procurement team on pricing for her client proposals. Working with the Logistics team
to onboard and orientate her clients. She is the Vice Chair of Membership for the Lubbock Latino Chamber of Commerce. She also works as a mentor for At Risk Teens.
